Custom PP Snap-On Airless Pump Bottle

This PP airless pump bottle features a clean straight-sided round cylindrical body, frosted surface and transparent protective overcap. Its wide 48.8mm body profile creates a compact, stable appearance across the 30ml, 50ml and 100ml sizes.

The bottle uses a one-time snap-fit pump closure. The cosmetic formulation must be filled before the pump is aligned with the bottle neck and pressed into place. Once fully locked, the pump assembly is not designed to be removed, helping reduce accidental opening and unauthorized refilling.

Assembly Instructions

1. Fill the cosmetic formulation into the bottle body.
2. Align the pump assembly with the bottle neck.
3. Press the pump vertically until the snap-fit structure is fully locked.
4. Install the transparent protective overcap.
5. Complete dispensing and leakage testing before shipment.

The pump cannot normally be removed after locking. Filling, inspection and formulation confirmation must therefore be completed before final assembly.
